From Daniel Boone to Memphis Rock n Roll!

May 2, 2018 by RC Leave a Comment

Come join us on a driving vacation from the Cumberland Gap, home to Daniel Boone’s crossing into Kentucky, along the Wilderness Road. Visit a couple of Civil War site pertinent to that part of History. And then head to Memphis where they say ya’ll. A historic city of Civil Rights, BBQ and Rock n Roll. We are Rock n Roll history here. Sun Records, Stax Records, Scrumptuous Ribs, BBKing, Elvis, Otis, Jerry Lee, Isaac Hayes and Johnny Cash. Home to the National Civil Rights Museum and Dr. Kings assassination site–The Lorraine Motel. A must city on anyone’s bucket list.
